On Sept. 6, 2024, a video was shared to X purportedly showing a body armor company demonstrating its "stab protection" vest on the organization's CEO.
In the footage, the alleged CEO wore one of the company's vests while another individual repeatedly attempted to stab him with a knife. The person delivering the strikes used significant force, aiming directly at the man's torso, but the vest appeared to successfully prevent any injuries. Throughout the demonstration, the person being stabbed remained calm. Military Police Bulletproof Helmet

"He was really going at it like he didnt like the CEO and was hoping it would fail," one X user commented on the video, while another noted: "Bro has oddly fast and accurate stabs ."
The video also appeared on other social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
In short, because the video genuinely showed the CEO of a body armor company being stabbed as part of a demonstration, we rated this claim as "True."
The video featured on the website of PPSS Group, a company specializing in high-performance body armor and personal protective equipment (PPE). According to their "About Us" page:
Established in 2009, PPSS Group stands as a global leader in the specialised field of high-performance body armour, personal protective equipment (PPE), clothing, and workwear solutions. Specifically, the video was included in a section about the company's stab-resistant vests, with a caption stating: "Our CEO Robert Kaiser is demonstrating his real trust in our ground-breaking stab proof vests at many major global security events, such as the International Security Expo in London on 04 December 2019."
Kaiser was also listed as the company's founder and CEO on their website.
The full video was also uploaded on Dec. 19, 2019, to the PPSS Group YouTube channel, titled: "PPSS Group Launch Next Generation Stab Vests at International Security Expo."
