Bobcat has introduced the B760 backhoe loader with a lift capacity of more than 2,200 pounds at full reach; digging depth of 18 feet, 5 inches; and nearly 180° of backhoe swing.

“The new B760 helps operators accomplish more on the job site with its dig, load and carry versatility,” says Jamison Wood, product development specialist for Bobcat. “The backhoe loader is designed for durability, easy operation, simple maintenance, and incredible performance. Its size keeps it accessible on sites with limited space, while its impressive travel speeds keep operators productive across large job sites.”

The B760 is capable of roading at nearly 23 mph, and uses a power shift transmission for quick directional changes. Bobcat’s 96-hp., 3.4-liter engine doesn't use a diesel particulate filter to eliminate downtime for regeneration.

In addition to the backhoe’s 2,200 pound capacity, the front-end loader has a lift capacity of 7,985 pounds with its 1.4-cubic-yard standard bucket. The front loader has a lift height of 11.3 feet to the hinge pin, with 3.95 feet of reach at full height. For extra reach with the backhoe, the loader comes standard with an extendable arm.

The loader uses an easy-to-read, 5-inch color display for monitoring machine health and functions. An optional cab provides comfort features and A/C for long days on the worksite. The cab also includes a cup holder, storage compartment, and USB ports.

The B760 comes equipped with eight work lights for visibility in low-light conditions. Other features for the loader include ride control, to reduce spillage, and an automatic return-to-dig positioning function. A backhoe swing lock keeps the backhoe secured while the machine is in motion.
