Founded in 2015 by cousins Naresh, Kishor, and Kishan, Midland Print has grown into a leading name, expanding to two large production units. Today, it is a one-stop destination for brands, offering a wide range of services that include stationery, gifting, signage, and commercial printing solutions.

The digital printing setup is equipped with advanced machinery, including UV DTF, flatbed printers, and digital embellishment presses. With the addition of the Revoria EC1100, Midland Print is set to upgrade its capabilities.

Kishor, partner at Midland Print, said, “With the Fujifilm Revoria EC1100’s ability to handle a wide range of media and diverse applications, we can now print faster and more efficiently, minimizing downtime. In the past, we encountered some challenges in maintaining consistent servicing for our production printers. With Insight’s support, we are confident in operating the Fujifilm Revoria EC1100 at maximum capacity with minimal downtime.”

The Fujifilm Revoria EC1100 offers speed and productivity, printing at 100 ppm for fast, efficient output, even on mixed-media jobs. Whether with coated or uncoated paper, the system minimizes downtime and ensures smooth transitions between different paper types with optimized image quality adjustments. It can handle long paper sizes up to 330 x 1,200 mm with the Air Suction Feeder, making it a highly versatile and reliable choice for a wide range of printing tasks, the company said in a release.

“We were excited about the Fujifilm Revoria EC1100 for two main reasons. All the key features are in-built, so there are no additional costs for optional upgrades. Second, the SSMC model offers a highly profitable, efficient solution that will help improve our bottom line.” adds Kishor.

“We are delighted to see Midland Print join the Revoria family with the installation of the Fujifilm Revoria EC1100. The press is designed to empower businesses with versatility, speed, and quality, helping them stay ahead in a competitive market. We look forward to seeing Midland Print leverage this technology to unlock new opportunities and set higher benchmarks in the industry,” said Priyatosh Kumar San, HOD of the Graphic Arts Division of Fujifilm India.

Revoria Press EC 1100 provides accurate color calibration with Inline Sensor or the X-Rite Pro 3 spectrophotometer. It supports stable color reproduction, has a high-resolution 3D calibration feature, and includes feedback to support both single and mixed colors.

“At Insight, we’re not just about providing advanced technology like the Fujifilm Revoria EC1100—we’re about building strong partnerships through reliable service and support. We’re dedicated to helping Midland Print run smoothly and efficiently, so they can focus on delivering amazing results to their clients. It’s an honor to be part of their journey,” said Ajay Aggarwal MD & CEO at Insight Print Communications.

Just past the middle of 2024, we can see that the Indian economy is resilient but the trajectory of the growth is still uneven. Consumption is erratic but in our industry while newspapers are still down, the book publishing and printing industry are building up capacities.

Indian Printer and Publisher founded in 1979 the oldest B2B trade publication in the multi-platform and multi-channel IPPGroup, created the category of privately owned B2B print magazines in the country. And by its diversification in packaging, (Packaging South Asia), food processing and packaging (IndiFoodBev) and health and medical supply chain and packaging (HealthTekPak) and its community activities in training, research, and conferences [Ipp Services, Training and Research www.ippstar.org] the organization continues to create platforms for quality information, data, technology insights and events.

India is a large and tough terrain and while its book publishing and commercial printing industry have recovered and are increasingly embracing digital print, the Indian newspaper industry needs to recover its credibility and readership. The signage industry is slowly recovering and shifting to digital billboards. New technologies such as digital 3D additive printing, digital textiles, and industrial printing are coming onto our pages. Trade media will have to adapt with agility to keep up with new business and technical information needs.

India is one of the fastest growing economies in nominal and real terms – in a region poised for the highest change in year to year expenditure in printing equipment and consumables. Our 2025 media kit is getting ready, and it is the right time to recalibrate your role in this dynamic market – to emphasize your visibility and relevance to existing customers and turn potential markets into conversations.
