Some Cheswick residents in the upper part of the borough could experience low water pressure in the overnight hours beginning Friday and lasting up to a few nights.
On Friday, one of the borough’s booster pumps will be taken out of service for necessary repairs, borough officials said. The booster pump augments water pressure in the upper portion of Cheswick. Hydro Testing Plunger Pumps
The repair will leave only one booster pump available until the second pump can return into service.
Some residents might experience low water pressure each night between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. beginning Friday. The decreased overnight pressure could last up to three to five days while repairs are being made.
Automotive Plunger Pumps Daytime water pressure should be unaffected, said borough officials, who plan to notify residents once pressure levels are returned to normal.
